Friends of the Library

Recognition Events

The Friends of the Ypsilanti District Library have many volunteers to help staff the Friends Shop, sort books each week, and work at the three-times a year book sales. All proceeds raised by the selling of used books benefits the library’s programs, services and facilities. Each of the last five years, the Friends have organized a special thank you event to let the volunteers know how much they are appreciated.
