Pin Number Information

What is a PIN?

A PIN number is a 4 digit number that provides an extra level of security and helps protect the privacy of your library information when using your library card to renew or reserve items or look up your personal information in our Catalog. You will be asked to choose a PIN number when you register for your card.

Why doesn't my PIN work?

Never created a PIN? When you first registered for your library card, your PIN was set to the last four digits of your phone number. If your phone number has changed, but our records have not been updated, your PIN may be out of date. Update your phone number by calling YDL at 482-4110.

Forgot your PIN?

You can request that we reset your PIN to the last four digits of your phone number. You may change it later, if you like. Call YDL for assistance.
