See below for a list of days and times YDL Meeting Rooms are reserved. Schedule subject to change daily. Rooms are available three months in advance. You may not reserve a room for “today”.

To request a meeting room, complete our online Meeting Room Request form. Once your form is submitted, a YDL staff member will review your request and contact you to confirm room availability.

If you wish to reserve the YDL-Whittaker Community Room download the Community Room Request form, fill out the form, and bring it to YDL-Whittaker along with the $25.00 fee (cash or check only).
