Teens at the Ypsilanti District Library took a stand to help other teens experiencing loneliness, anxiety, and depression by organizing a mental health awareness meetup to raise awareness and equip teens with the tools and information they need to help others and themselves.
The Teen Advisory Groups and STEAM Cafe interns worked together to plan a STEAM Cafe called Joy Factor: Mind your Brain, organized by teens with teen presenters, attended by about 75 people!
It took place Friday, May 24, 6:00-9:00 pm at the downtown Ypsilanti library.
