Final Site Plan Approval

YDL to Expand TALK Program with Prestigious IMLS Grant

Information on YDL-Michigan’s Closing

Our Michigan Avenue location is closed after confirmed evidence of bed bugs. The library branch is scheduled to be inspected and treated on Friday, October 18.  We plan to reopen on Saturday, October 19.

John Cotton Dana Library Public Relations Award
YDL’s TALK service recognized with John Cotton Dana Award

The Ypsilanti District Library has been awarded a John Cotton Dana Award, the most prestigious award of the American Library Association. The award recognizes YDL’s work on  TALK: Text and Learn for Kindergarten, an early literacy text messaging service.
