Beginning Insight Meditation

Are you curious about meditation and what it might mean for you? This 6-week class will lead you step-by-step toward becoming more present and explore how mindfulness may enrich your daily life. We will investigate ways of applying practices to lessen stresses that we experience in our lives. Although these techniques come from Buddhist traditions, we will approach the practices from a down-to-earth, secular perspective. Class is intended for persons with no previous meditation experience but all are welcome. Taught by teachers from Still Mountain Buddhist Meditation.
