Join local yoga teacher and clinical social worker Raina LaGrand for this workshop, which will include guided mindfulness practices, suggestions for incorporating directed mindfulness into your everyday, and moments for reflection through journaling. Please bring a journal if you have one and anything else that will help you feel more at ease such as a sweater, water, or tea! Teens welcome.
