This 4-week online class, taught over Zoom by Erica Dutton of SkyGardens Meditation, will provide the fundamentals of Reflective Meditation which is an open, receptive, gentle practice of awareness. Beginners are welcome! If you already have a meditation practice, you can continue it in this class and learn 2 additional steps that are part of Reflective Meditation and enhance any practice. Reflective Meditation is based on the early teachings of the Buddha and is more student wisdom oriented than teacher wisdom oriented. This meditation encourages gentleness, curiosity, and permission to explore. The goal is to help the student develop their own practice. Classes will be held August 7, 14, 21, and 28.
