Zumba & Strength Training

Join us for another fun, energetic fitness series with trainer Jerry Powell of Lifestyle Fitness. This class combines the high energy of Zumba with the effectiveness of strength training for the ultimate workout. Each class will include a balance exercise and cool down. Suggested equipment is 1-5 lb. weights. If you don’t have weights at home alternate options will be given. Exercises can be done standing or sitting. This class is designed for adults ages 55 & up, but is open to all adults who would enjoy a gentler workout. Participants will receive a class link after registration.
