  • brings your shoulders in front of your hips so you’ll fall forward, not backward

Your skater name represents you! In a couple of words it describes you. Derby names are not used outside the sport, so don’t use your real name, just get creative. 

STEPS TO CREATING YOUR NAME

  • Make a list of words that inspire you
  • Write a list of action words that describe who you are
  • Look for puns and rhymes
  • Mix and match
  • Search online for names you like and see what else pops up
  • Use a thesaurus for other words that describe your personality
  • Ask friends for feedback before making the final pick!
