Manage your room and event registrations with ease
- Reserve a room, or register for an event, using your library card or email.
- Access the details through your library account or confirmation email to cancel or update your booking.
- If you register with your library card and PIN, you’ll be able to access all of your event and room bookings in one place.
To reserve a room
From our Room Reservation page, select the rooms you’re looking for, along with the date you’re interested in.
You can select the blue “i” button to find more details about the space. Hit the search button to see when your rooms are available on your selected date.
Log in
You can log in with your library card number and PIN, or use your email address to book as a guest.
- If you book with your library card number, you’ll be able to see all of your room reservations and event registrations in one place with the “My Events & Reservations” button in the menu. You will also receive a confirmation email for each booking.
- If you book with an email address, you’ll get a confirmation email with a button to manage your registration. Use that to modify or cancel that booking.
