Read, Learn, Explore!
Each summer we challenge everyone to read, learn, and explore the community. Families can engage in fun learning activities together so kids keep their brains active and ready to return to school in the fall. Players of all ages earn online badges and chances to win themed prize baskets filled with goodies from local businesses.
How it works
READ
Set your own goal for how much you want to read and track your progress online.
LEARN
Learn something new at a library program and look for the secret code to unlock special digital badges.
EXPLORE
Take challenges created by library staff to explore the library and the Ypsi community. Each challenge earns a different digital badge.
WIN
Earn 10 badges of any type and pick up a prize at the library. Everyone under 18 gets a free book; adults get a themed gift bag. Don’t stop there! Kids and teens can choose a small prize out of our treasure chests every time they earn another 10 badges. Plus, each digital badge earns a chance at the grand prize of your choice.
