Mom Power Summer 2020 Session

Mom Power is going virtual! This free 10-week course will be held online this summer. A device will be provided for those who need it. The group will meet on Wednesdays, June 24-August 26, from 12:00-1:15pm. While parenting a young child can be very rewarding, it can also be very stressful. Mom Power provides a supportive environment to help moms of children ages 0-5 share experiences, learn new self-care skills, and reduce stress.
