We’re excited to resume operations at YDL, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and perseverance. We plan to gradually phase in our services in a way that keeps our community, patrons, and staff safe. Please read on for more information about what to expect as we re-open responsibly. When will we start accepting returns?
Starting June 15 you will be able to use the dropboxes during specified hours at all three YDL locations. While these times may change, in general, you can expect to find the materials return dropboxes open from 9am-6pm Mon-Sat and 1pm-5pm on Sunday. Watch for signage letting you know when you pull up whether the dropbox is open. **Please note** Late fees are not being assessed at this time. However, we understand some fines have been assessed in error. Please email email@example.com if you have any questions about your account.
When will staff be back in the building?
Starting on June 15, our staff will return in shifts to get everything ready to start serving the public safely. We will also resume monitoring the main YDL phone number at this time, so please call 734-482-4110 for any questions after June 15
When it’s safe to do so, our next phase of opening will add curbside pickup. More details coming soon!
